Ingredients

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon Try cod or tilapia if you’re after a different fish option.
For the Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha Want more heat? Add extra sriracha or mix in crushed red pepper flakes.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey For a similar effect, you can substitute it with maple syrup.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Swap it out with Greek yogurt for a tangy, lighter alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Lemon juice works too, in case you don’t have lime on hand.

Equipment

  • broiler pan
  • mixing bowl

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sriracha, honey, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Whisk them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Set it aside for now.
  2. While the sauce rests, preheat your broiler to high. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a broiler pan lined with aluminum foil. Broil the salmon for about 8-10 minutes, until tender and flaky.
  4. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a serving platter. Drizzle the prepared sauce generously over the top of each fillet.
