Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Dice a small red onion finely and combine with tomatoes in a large mixing bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and olive oil. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
