- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, pure maple syrup or honey, and oil or water. Whisk until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture. Fold until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
