Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes and toss with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Press seasoned salmon cubes into panko breadcrumbs to coat. Spray lightly with olive oil.
  4. Place coated salmon bites on a baking sheet or in the air fryer. Cook for about 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  6. Assemble bowls with jasmine rice, followed by cabbage, avocado, carrots, and crispy salmon bites. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
