- Place 2 pounds of chicken breasts in an Instant Pot with a splash of BBQ sauce. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes, then shred the chicken.
- Transfer shredded chicken mixed with BBQ sauce to a medium saucepan and heat on low for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Distribute the BBQ pulled chicken mixture on the bottom halves of the buns, and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the filling. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let sit for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
