Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place 2 pounds of chicken breasts in an Instant Pot with a splash of BBQ sauce. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes, then shred the chicken.
  2. Transfer shredded chicken mixed with BBQ sauce to a medium saucepan and heat on low for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Distribute the BBQ pulled chicken mixture on the bottom halves of the buns, and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and let sit for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
