  • 1 large Egg For egg wash

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Puff Pastry: Thaw the puff pastry in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, flour the work surface, and slice it into 3-inch squares.
  2. Assemble the Bites: Place a cube of brie on a pastry square, drizzle with hot honey, add chopped rosemary, fold edges over and pinch to seal.
  3. Brush with Egg Wash: Whisk together egg and water, brush mixture over bites for a golden finish.
  4. Chill & Bake: Refrigerate bites for 15 minutes, preheat oven to 400°F, then bake bites for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve Immediately: Drizzle with more hot honey and sprinkle with fresh rosemary before serving.
