- Prepare Puff Pastry: Thaw the puff pastry in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, flour the work surface, and slice it into 3-inch squares.
- Assemble the Bites: Place a cube of brie on a pastry square, drizzle with hot honey, add chopped rosemary, fold edges over and pinch to seal.
