Preparation Steps

- Roast the cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Prepare the buffalo sauce by mixing hot sauce, melted vegan butter, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
- Brush the tops of the roasted cauliflower steaks with the buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
