- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté diced onion for about 5 minutes, then add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, drained spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and mix well.
- Spread ½ cup marinara sauce across the bottom of a baking dish. Lay down 3 noodles, then add 1/3 of the filling, ½ cup marinara, and ½ cup mozzarella.
- Repeat layering with another 3 noodles, 1/3 filling, ½ cup marinara, and ½ cup mozzarella. Repeat once more.
- Add a final layer of noodles, spread remaining marinara, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and ½ cup parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
