  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper increase for a bit of spiciness
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Stir in olive oil for extra richness.
  3. Flour a clean surface lightly and roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the dough, then layer mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese evenly before rolling it tightly.
  5. Carefully slice the roll into 8 equal pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake the rollups for 18 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling out.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm, optionally brushing with leftover garlic butter.
