Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Lightly toast 2 cups of rolled oats in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden and fragrant, stirring frequently.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the toasted oats with 1 cup of chocolate chips. Mix ½ cup of melted peanut butter and ¼ cup of honey until smooth, then pour over the oat mixture.
  3. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the granola mixture into the pan and press it down firmly.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. Remove from the fridge, lift out using the parchment paper, and slice into 16 squares, sprinkling flaky sea salt on top.
