  2. Cook chicken thighs in a heated skillet for 6–8 minutes skin-side down, then flip and cook for another 5–7 minutes.
  3. Once nearly cooked, pour the glaze over chicken and gently cook until sticky and caramelized.
  4. Make the slaw by mixing shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced apple in a bowl. Add vinegar, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
