Cooking Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water, then set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced flank steak with cornstarch and soy sauce. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the marinated beef in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then transfer to a plate.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan, add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, garnish with green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
