Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Fold half of the pancake batter into this mixture.
  3. Preheat the griddle over medium heat and grease lightly. Test by sprinkling water.
