Method
 

Preparation

  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
