  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl, then add melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
  4. Mix together cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl for the cinnamon swirl.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the cinnamon mix.
  6. Gently swirl the cinnamon mixture through the top layer of batter with a knife.
