- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl, then add melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
- Mix together cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl for the cinnamon swirl.
