  3. Combine Wet and Dry: Pour the blended cottage cheese mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir gently until a thick, cohesive dough forms.
  4. Fold in Chocolate Chips: Carefully fold in the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Chill the Dough: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 15–20 minutes until the dough firms up.
  6. Portion the Bites: Use a scoop to portion the dough into 16 equal balls, rolling them between your palms for smooth shapes.
  7. Refrigerate Before Serving: Refrigerate the formed protein bites for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance texture and flavor.
