Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and gently fold in 1/4 cup of chia seeds using a spatula.
  3. Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  4. Spoon the mousse mixture into individual serving cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the chia seeds to thicken the mousse.
  6. Before serving, top with fresh berries, toasted nuts, or chocolate shavings.
