  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil can be substituted with olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced, optional
  • 2 cups Spinach or Bok Choy optional
  • 3 stalks Green Onions for garnish
For Extra Flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar optional
  • to taste Chili Oil or Red Pepper Flakes optional

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and freshly grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour in 4 cups of broth, stirring to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add 1 package of frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions for 5-7 minutes.
  4. During the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, fold in 1 cup of sliced mushrooms and 2 cups of fresh spinach or bok choy.
  5. Stir in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar if desired. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Ladle into bowls, garnish with green onions and chili oil or red pepper flakes, and enjoy!
