Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken and Broccoli Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once shimmering, ensure it coats the pan.
