Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Melt the white chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave until fully melted and smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Gradually add the cooled melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently until fully incorporated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  5. Use a small cookie scoop to form chilled mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. For a glossy finish, melt the candy melts and dip each truffle, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Garnish with grated orange zest or powdered sugar if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
