Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add small pasta noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Thaw frozen peas by running them under warm water. Cook and chop bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Whisk until smooth. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, thawed peas, chopped bacon, and grated parmesan. Fold together gently and pour dressing over.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to chill before serving.
