Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook your preferred pasta for about 2 minutes less than the package instructions, then drain.
  3. Sauté the seasoned chicken breasts in olive oil for 5–6 minutes until cooked through, then chop.
  4. In the skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, and add heavy cream, whole milk, pasta, and pesto, mixing well.
  5. Combine the cooked chicken with the pasta mixture, add spinach if desired, and toss gently.
  6. Transfer to the baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then bake for 20–25 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
