Preparation
- Gather your Ninja Creami pint container. Pour 1 1/4 cups of coconut cream at the bottom, add 1/2 cup of pineapple tidbits on top without stirring.
- Secure the lid tightly and freeze for a minimum of 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer and blend using the Lite Ice Cream button for 2-3 minutes.
- Check the texture, add 1-2 tablespoons of reserved pineapple juice if needed and blend again.
- If not smooth enough, use the Re-Spin button to achieve desired texture.
- Add toasted coconut and additional chopped pineapple using the MIX-IN function.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve experience or return to the freezer for a firmer texture.
