  • 1 1/4 cups Coconut Cream Can substitute with full-fat coconut milk for lighter texture.
  • 1/2 cup Canned Pineapple Tidbits Fresh pineapple can be used but may alter texture.
Mix-Ins
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Coconut Choose sweetened or unsweetened based on preference.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Pineapple Juice Optional, use reserved juice from the canned pineapple to adjust texture.

Preparation
  1. Gather your Ninja Creami pint container. Pour 1 1/4 cups of coconut cream at the bottom, add 1/2 cup of pineapple tidbits on top without stirring.
  2. Secure the lid tightly and freeze for a minimum of 24 hours.
  3. After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer and blend using the Lite Ice Cream button for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Check the texture, add 1-2 tablespoons of reserved pineapple juice if needed and blend again.
  5. If not smooth enough, use the Re-Spin button to achieve desired texture.
  6. Add toasted coconut and additional chopped pineapple using the MIX-IN function.
  7. Serve immediately for a soft-serve experience or return to the freezer for a firmer texture.

Notes
