For Seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
  3. Add flaked salmon to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  4. Reduce heat and pour in cream, stirring to combine and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  5. Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss for 1-2 minutes until coated with sauce.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season to taste. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
