Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel fresh carrots, then slice into 1/4 inch thick chips. Pat dry to remove moisture.
  2. Spray carrot chips lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss well.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange seasoned chips in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
  4. Carefully remove chips from air fryer and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with parsley or parmesan cheese before serving.
