- Wash and peel fresh carrots, then slice into 1/4 inch thick chips. Pat dry to remove moisture.
- Spray carrot chips lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss well.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange seasoned chips in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
- Carefully remove chips from air fryer and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with parsley or parmesan cheese before serving.
