  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs traditional or gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or avocado oil
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Whole Wheat Tortillas opt for burrito-sized
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or dairy-free cheese
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing or blue cheese dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the chicken breasts into 1/2-inch thick cutlets and pat dry.
  2. Toss chicken in buffalo sauce and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle in olive oil and stir until breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Dredge marinated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture and ensure even coating.
  2. For oven method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  3. For air fryer method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Assemble wraps on tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, and cheese.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing and roll wraps tightly.
  6. Serve with additional ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
