- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares approximately 3 inches large.
- Place cheese in the center of each square and fold corners over to seal.
- Brush the tops of the pretzels with egg wash.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
