- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Mix together eggs, almond flour, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, baking powder, and seasoning in a large bowl until smooth.
- Preheat the waffle iron and grease with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve waffles topped with crispy chicken strips and garnish with chives; drizzle with maple syrup or hot sauce.
