Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. Cook pasta by boiling salted water, add pasta, cook until al dente (8-10 minutes), drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes, then pour in heavy cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and paprika until creamy.
  4. Add drained pasta and sliced chicken back into the skillet, mix thoroughly to coat.
  5. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, sprinkle mozzarella over the top.
  6. Bake in the heated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and edges bubble.
  7. Let the bake rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley before serving.
