Burger Assembly Steps
- Start by thinly slicing two yellow onions and place them into a bowl. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine one pound of ground chuck with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then shape into patties.
- Heat a grill over high heat at 400°F (200°C). Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once. Add cheese to melt.
- In a pan, heat cooking oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry onion slices in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
