Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, and fresh parsley until combined.
  3. Using a pastry brush, cover each piece of garlic naan with the prepared garlic butter mixture.
  4. Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the brushed naan.
  5. Spread a layer of pizza or marinara sauce over the cheese.
  6. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, and baby spinach leaves.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top, along with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are crispy.
