Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the plain Greek yogurt, ripe avocado, fresh cilantro, minced garlic, jalapeño, and fine sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced halloumi cheese, cooking until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey and hot sauce. Drizzle over the crispy halloumi and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Warm the flour wraps in the microwave or skillet. Spread the avocado cilantro sauce over each tortilla. Layer the crispy halloumi and fresh vegetable toppings inside.
  5. Tightly roll the wraps, folding in the sides to secure the ingredients. Serve immediately, garnished with extra cilantro if desired.
