  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
  • 2 tablespoons additional sesame seeds for extra crunch

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. In a separate cup, combine warm milk, olive oil, honey, and sesame seeds.
  3. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-6 minutes, until it's smooth and elastic.
  5. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour.
  6. After rising, punch the dough down and divide it into four pieces.
  7. Roll each piece into a 4-inch circle and shape into rings.
  8. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil, sprinkle extra sesame seeds.
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving warm.
