Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by slicing your chicken breasts into thin strips and preparing your vibrant vegetables.
  2. Pour half of your salsa into the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Gather the sliced bell peppers and onions, placing half of each over the salsa.
  4. Carefully distribute the sliced chicken breast strips evenly over the layered vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning packet and the chili powder over the chicken.
  6. Pour the remaining salsa over the seasoned chicken, followed by the leftover peppers and onions.
  7. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
  8. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
