- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed and brown in the crockpot on high for about 30 minutes.
- Add elbow macaroni, kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, chili with beans, beef broth, and chili seasoning mix to the crockpot. Stir well to combine.
