  • 1 piece ginger minced
Chinese BBQ Pork
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin or chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce vegan options available
  • 1 tablespoon five-spice powder or cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

Preparation
