Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by thinly slicing the cucumbers and red onion, aiming for about ¼ inch thick. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, gently combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, and red onion. Add the fresh basil.
  3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
  4. Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are coated with the dressing. Avoid crushing the tomatoes or mozzarella.
