  • 1/4 cup Non-Dairy Milk Use your favorite plant-based milk like almond or oat.
Filling
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips Dark vegan chocolate chunks are an excellent alternative.
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Adjust to your taste preference.
Frosting
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Cream Cheese Vegan buttercream can replace it if desired.

Method
 

Making the Rolls
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until evenly blended.
  2. Whisk together dairy-free yogurt, melted coconut oil, and non-dairy milk in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until a dough begins to form.
  4. Lightly flour your countertop and transfer the dough onto the surface. Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Brush the rolled-out dough with melted coconut oil, then sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and chocolate chips.
  6. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled dough into 5-6 equal pieces.
  7. Cover the baking dish with a clean kitchen towel and allow the rolls to rise for about 30-60 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Let the rolls cool for about 5-10 minutes and then spread dairy-free cream cheese frosting over them.
