- In a medium bowl, combine honey, hoisin sauce, five-spice powder, and garlic powder to create a marinade. Coat chicken thighs thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange marinated chicken thighs on the baking sheet, leaving space between each. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
