Instructions for Chocolate Chip Croissants
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the pre-made croissant dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Add a few chocolate chips at the wide end of each triangle. Roll them starting from the wide end to the pointed tip.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place each rolled croissant on the sheet.
- Beat an egg and use a pastry brush to apply a thin layer of egg wash over the tops of the croissants.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes and dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
