Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs; stir until smooth.
- Grease the egg-shaped silicone molds with nonstick cooking spray.
- Fill each mold with 2 tablespoons of brownie batter and bake for 24-26 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool slightly, then create a divot in each center using a 1/2 teaspoon.
- Blend cream cheese with marshmallow cream until smooth; optionally add food coloring.
- Pipe the filling into each brownie divot until just above the edges.
- Sprinkle pastel-colored sprinkles on top and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
