Preparation Steps
- In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of creamy Greek yogurt and ½ cup of peanut butter. Stir the mixture vigorously until smooth and well-combined, about 2-3 minutes.
- Once the base is smooth, fold in any optional add-ins like ¼ cup of chocolate chips or nuts of your choice.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for approximately 2-3 hours.
- Once frozen, remove the bites from the parchment paper and place them in an airtight container.
