  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
For the Crunchy Topping
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Opt for plant-based for vegan.
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter (Almond or Peanut) Almond butter preferred.
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • as needed Milk or Water Use for binding.
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a ramekin.
  2. Combine chopped apples, cinnamon, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of protein powder in a mixing bowl. Toss until coated and transfer to the prepared ramekin.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix oats, remaining protein powder, and nut butter until crumbly. Add milk or water as needed.
  4. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apple filling and press lightly.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until topping is golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
