  • 2 cloves Garlic finely minced
For the Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium preferred
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt sea or kosher recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds sprinkle generously

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Trim the ends of the spinach to ensure even cooking and slice the leaves into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Blanch the spinach in boiling salted water for 30 seconds until bright and tender, then transfer it to an ice bath.
  3. Once cooled, gently squeeze out excess water from the spinach.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach with garlic, green onion, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, and mix well.
  5. Serve cold or at room temperature as a side dish.
