Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish.
- Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in shredded mozzarella, most of the turkey pepperoni, grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Top with reserved mozzarella and additional pepperoni.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set and top is golden.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
