  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup Honey can be used as a substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary Fresh rosemary can be used in a pinch
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt Omit or reduce if using salted nuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adjust according to preference

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, pecans, cashews, pistachios, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together pure maple syrup, dried rosemary, curry powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Pour the syrup mixture over the nut blend in the large bowl and stir until coated.
  5. Spread the coated nuts on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes.
