Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and line the basket with parchment paper, spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Combine ¼ cup of sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl, stir until well-combined and set aside.
  3. Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth, then add flour, ¼ cup sugar, baking powder and salt, mixing until cohesive.
  4. Roll small amounts of the dough into balls about the size of a tablespoon, and place them in the air fryer basket, spaced 1 inch apart.
  5. Lightly spray the tops of the dough balls with oil and air fry for 6 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Once removed, brush the warm donut holes with melted coconut oil and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
