  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved

  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Substitute with feta if desired
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing Homemade or store-bought
  • to taste Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. Chop the romaine lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine, and cherry tomatoes. Mix gently.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the salad and drizzle with Caesar dressing. Mix to coat ingredients evenly.
