Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Whip together 4 large eggs and 100 grams of sugar until thick and doubled in volume.
  3. Sift together 100 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt; fold into the egg mixture.
  4. Fold in 1 tablespoon of orange zest, 2 tablespoons of orange juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  5. Spread the batter into the tray and bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a towel dusted with powdered sugar and roll it up.
  7. Whip 200 milliliters of cream with 50 grams of powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Unroll the cake, spread the cream filling evenly, and re-roll without the towel.
  9. Trim the ends and dust with extra powdered sugar before serving.
