  2. Toast Kataifi: In a skillet, melt butter, add kataifi, sprinkle with sugar and salt, and toast until golden brown.
  3. Melt Chocolate: Combine semisweet chocolate chips with coconut oil and tahini in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Decorate Base: Drizzle melted white chocolate in the loaf pan, freeze for 5 minutes, then pour half the melted chocolate mixture and freeze for 15 minutes.
  5. Make Pistachio Cream: Blend pistachios, melted vanilla chips, powdered sugar, tahini, vanilla extract, and salt until creamy. Spread over the chocolate layer.
  6. Add Crunch: Sprinkle toasted kataifi and chopped pistachios over the cream layer, pressing down gently. Return to the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Top Layer: Melt remaining chocolate with coconut oil and tahini, pour over the kataifi layer, spread evenly, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
