- Melt Chocolate: Combine semisweet chocolate chips with coconut oil and tahini in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Decorate Base: Drizzle melted white chocolate in the loaf pan, freeze for 5 minutes, then pour half the melted chocolate mixture and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Make Pistachio Cream: Blend pistachios, melted vanilla chips, powdered sugar, tahini, vanilla extract, and salt until creamy. Spread over the chocolate layer.
